We are committed to providing Lifetime Customer Support to every customer, even after the one-year warranty period expires. Our support includes:

Lifetime support does not include free repairs, replacements, or refunds after the warranty period ends.
3. What is Covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship

4. What is NOT Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper care
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage from accidents, liquids, fire, or natural disasters
- Consumable parts (e.g., batteries, filters, bulbs)

- Items that have been used beyond normal household or intended use
5. How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact our customer support team within the one-year warranty period.
- Provide your order number, detailed description of the issue, and clear photos/videos of the defect.
- Our team will review the claim and respond within 1β3 business days.
- If the claim is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the defective item back to the designated return address.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
6. Return Shipping for Warranty Claims
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- You must use a secure and trackable shipping method to send the item back.
- We do not cover or reimburse return shipping fees, even for approved warranty claims.
7. Resolution Options
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we may (at our discretion):
- Repair the defective item
- Replace it with the same or a comparable model
- Issue a partial or full refund
Any repaired or replaced product will carry the remaining balance of the original one-year warranty.
8. International Customers
- International warranty claims are accepted.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees for both the return and any reshipment.
9. Warranty Transfer
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
