1. Shipping Destinations
- United States (mainland): Free shipping on qualifying orders.
- Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and most European countries: Supported.
- Other International Destinations: We ship to over 250 countries. Shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout.
- Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted territories.
2. Shipping Rates & Rules
United States:
- Orders over $9: FREE Standard Shipping
- Orders under $9: Flat rate ofΒ $9.99
- Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories: Additional fees may apply (shown at checkout)
International Shipping:
- Rates are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination.
- Exact shipping cost is displayed during checkout before payment.
- Any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
- We have an Europe warehouse in Germany. If you are a customer in Europe, we ship from our Europe warehouse without customs duties or VAT.
Heavy / Bulky Items: Certain large or heavy products may incur additional shipping charges, clearly shown on the product page and at checkout.

- Business days = Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance (for international orders), weather, or carrier delays.
4. Order Processing & Tracking
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your order is dispatched.
- Track your package anytime via My Account > Order Details or the carrierβs website.
- Please contact us if your order has not arrived within 8 days (US) or 21 days (international) after the estimated delivery date.
5. Special Notes
- Combined Shipping: We automatically combine items when possible to reduce shipping costs.
- Address Changes: We can only change the shipping address before the order is shipped. Please double-check your address at checkout.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to incorrect address or refusal by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees and any new shipping charges for reshipment.
- Holiday Periods: Delivery may take longer during peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.).
6. Returns & Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are generally paid by the customer.
- In case of defective or wrong items, we will cover the return shipping cost (proof of defect required).
- For free shipping orders, the original shipping cost is non-refundable upon return.
