1. Return Window

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date you receive your order (based on tracking information).
  • Returns must be initiated within this 30-day period. Requests after this window will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, all items must satisfy the following:

  • Be in original, unused, and unopened condition.
  • Include all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories.
  • Show no signs of use, wear, washing, or modification.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products
  • Digital products, gift cards, or downloadable items
  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, underwear, and personal care/hygiene products
  • Clearance, final sale, or discounted items marked as non-returnable
  • Perishable goods

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Return shipping costs are always borne by the buyer, regardless of the reason for return.
  • You are responsible for choosing a reliable shipping method and paying all associated return shipping fees.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
  • We do not cover or reimburse return shipping fees in any case.

5. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team before shipping any item back. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and include a copy of your invoice.
  4. Ship the package to the return address specified in the RMA email.
  5. Returns without a valid RMA number may be refused or delayed.

6. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • The original shipping fee paid on your order is non-refundable.
  • Only the product cost will be refunded after inspection confirms the item meets our return conditions.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
  • In such cases, we will provide a full refund (product cost only) or a replacement. However, return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility.

8. International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any other fees.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for international returns.

9. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page. Your return will be handled according to the policy in effect at the time of your original purchase.
